Now it’s time to make that yummy cheesecake filling!
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla in a bowl using a
hand mixer. Beat on medium speed for about a minute or so until the mixture is
smooth.
Using a spoon, add large dollops of the cheesecake filling to
the top of the brownie batter in the pan. Pour the remaining brownie batter
from the bowl on top of the cheesecake filling. It won’t completely cover it,
as it is just to help with creating the cheesecake swirls in the next
step.
