INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup butter
- 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
- 16 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar divided
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup +2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan, and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Melt butter and chocolate chips in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted. Remove from heat, and set aside.
