Olive Garden White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake (Copycat)

Olive Garden White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake is hands down my favorite restaurant dessert (we go way back). Heavenly copycat recipe made with a chocolate cookie crust and homemade raspberry swirl.

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cookie crust
  • 4 8- ounce packages cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup pure cane sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2/3 cup raspberry sauce
  • 1 bar white chocolate
  • 1 small batch whipped cream

Instructions

  1. First things first, make your chocolate cookie crust in a springform pan (sprayed with cooking spray). You'll want it ready to go after the cheesecake batter is all mixed up.
  2. Line the outside of the springform pan with foil; this will keep water from getting into your cheesecake during baking.
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 325°.
