Olive Garden White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake is hands
down my favorite restaurant dessert (we go way back). Heavenly copycat recipe
made with a chocolate cookie crust and homemade raspberry swirl.
Ingredients
- 1 chocolate cookie crust
- 4 8- ounce packages cream cheese
- 3/4 cup pure cane sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 4 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup raspberry sauce
- 1 bar white chocolate
- 1 small batch whipped cream
Instructions
- First things first, make your chocolate cookie crust in a springform pan (sprayed with cooking spray). You'll want it ready to go after the cheesecake batter is all mixed up.
- Line the outside of the springform pan with foil; this will keep water from getting into your cheesecake during baking.
- Pre-heat the oven to 325°.
