INGREDIENTS
FOR BROWNIES
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 8 tablespoon (1 stick) unsalted butter, diced
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder (i used dark chocolate)
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
FOR PEANUT BUTTER SWIRL
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan on low heat melt the chocolate and butter. Stir until completely melted and mixed together. Whisk in cocoa powder. Set aside.
